Workshop Terms and Conditions

 To ensure you reserve a spot for a scheduled workshop, Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC. must receive payment no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled date. Late enrollees should call or email Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC. to make sure an opening is available. Note: some workshops will be limited to the number of attendees.

You may receive a refund for any cancellations made at least five (5) business days prior to the workshop date. Credit Card refunds will be refunded at 95% of the charges to cover the cost associated with credit card transactions. Cancellations make within five (5) business days of the workshop will be refunded as a credit to be used towards another workshop or service offered by Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC.

Occasionally Red River DOT Consulting & Training must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control. If you are traveling and must purchase a flight be sure to call Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC. prior to booking your travel arrangements. Cancellation by Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC. may occur up to and including the day of the scheduled workshop. Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC. is not responsible for travel cost should a scheduled workshop be cancelled or rescheduled.

When you provide a check for payment, you are authorizing Red River DOT Consulting & Training, LLC to use the information contained on the check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account as a same day transaction. Please make sure funds are available.
